A fantastic instrument for players at any level. The Yamaha 8315G is a versatile horn great for section and solo work, celebrated for its warm, lyrical toneand effortless response. Its .413" bore, Monel pistons, and 6" gold-brass bell produce a rich, dark core ideally suited for jazz soloists, brass ensembles, and big-band lead players. The Malone-style leadpipe and ergonomic third-valve trigger deliver smooth airflow and superior balance, while Yamaha’s redesigned connection brace enhances both projection and control.
This one is pre owned, although is in great condition. Absolutely no dents or pings and only a few very light surface scratching in the plating.
This horn offers a centered, dark tone with exceptional playability — precise intonation, free-blowing response, and the characteristic depth that makes the 8315G a long-time favorite among professionals worldwide.
