Hi everyone, Patrick here with some updates for you:

We’ve had a fantastic response to the new Divitt practice mutes! Our first order sold out literally overnight and we immediately ordered more. Our second order is en route to the shop, and we’ve already placed a third order. This is an imported product made in Canada, so customs can be a factor in how fast our shipments get to the shop. New orders at this point are probably looking at about a one month lead time. We will fill orders ASAP in the order received. Thanks for your patience! If you need a practice mute immediately we do have some others in stock.

Our Doubler’s flugelhorns in satin are on their way to the shop. Our last update on the shipment said they might be entering customs as early as next week. It's harder to get exact shipping estimates right now due to COVID, and it's taking longer for shipments to clear customs.

We also have more Doubler’s flugels on order in silver plate and raw brass. They should reach the shop in March and April, respectively. Again with COVID and customs it’s hard to get precise dates on the shipments.

We’re also adding a new finish to the Doubler’s flugelhorn line, a vintage antique lacquer look! These should also be available in April. All finishes are available to preorder through the listing.

As soon as they reach the shop, shipping Doubler's flugels will be our top priority. We hope to have these horns in your hands soon! If you need a flugel immediately, we do have several in stock (at higher prices). Please give us a call or send us an email if you have any questions.

We really appreciate your patience with custom mouthpiece orders. Please reach out to Josh at mpcsales@austincustombrass.com if you have any questions about where your mouthpiece is in the production process. We have a lot of orders in the queue for plating. We work with the best silver plating company in the business. Demand is high for their services and due to COVID they can’t run at full capacity right now. We don’t cut any corners with mouthpiece quality, and that includes plating.
