A combination of aluminum alloys produces a rich and brilliant sound in every register. It is lightweight. It plays freely and more open than some other aluminum straight mutes. The sound resonates and has good projection. This is an excellent trombone mute!
Fits small and large bore tenor trombones. Not for alto or bass.
