"Check out Trumpet 102, Trent Austin's new CD. On this new release, Trent covers the whole horn with energy and his own unique stylings. His Donna Lee is brilliant and a new favorite for me. Delfeayo's Dilemma is smokin'. His interpretation on Stardust is unlike any other and, oh so, beautiful.
Since Trent opened his trumpet shop, he's been talking about having "shop chops". If this CD is any indication of what "shop chops" sound like, then I need to me some "shop chops"!!!
