FEATURES
All Standard Series trumpets, Bb or C models, are built with a one piece all brass casing with stainless steel valves hand lapped for a tight and smooth perfect fit. The slides are built from scratch to allow for perfect alignment and correct length and hand lapped to move with ease. The Standard leadpipe and tuning slide are built with the ease of playing and intonation in mind. Nothing too tight or too open so it allows any player to use these trumpets with whatever mouthpiece they are comfortable with. Truly a trumpet for everyone that can do it all.
Large Bell - The Large bell is a bit bigger taper and creates a darker sound than the Classic bell. Easier to produce a rich warm fluffy tone but will still produce a huge wall of sound when you put on the gas. Still an excellent all around playing bell good for most performing situations. If you are looking for a bit darker more richer sound then this is the bell for you. Options for this bell are yellow brass, redbrass, and bronze. This particular horn for sale is in RedBrass.

Thane Standard Series Trumpet with Large Bell
I have a 2023 (serial number 30) and it took about one day to adjust from playing the bigger Yamaha YTR8335SP "Xeno". I still play both but for different sounds. I like to play dark, ethereal music with my Thane and it's the perfect horn for this. It plays tremendously through all registers and slots like it came from Las Vegas! I can't say enough about Logan "Thane" Brown and the beautiful custom craftsmanship he brings to these horns. It's SO well worth the money. Logan was once a designer of horns for Monette and his style shows while I find the sound even better...
