We cannot stress enough how important it is to clean your instrument! We see it all too often that a horn gets something like red rot, and parts have to be replaced. This product will help immensely. Even swabbing out your leadpipe once a week can help to prevent rot. A clean horn is a happy horn!

Prefer for cleaning
This is my preferred equipment for cleaning all of my trumpets. The snake easily gets around all the bends on any horn, even my piccolo. I also appreciate that the snake is both sturdy and soft inside the trumpet. The valve and tubing brush has ample coverage and is soft (unlike the standard cleaning snake bristles) that I feel that the horn is getting thoroughly cleaned. This also makes cleaning a breeze. The only drawback is that the snake ‘bristles’ eventually begin to wear off after a couple of years. But I don’t mind replacing it with a new one every so often. This product is worth a try if you’ve used the traditional snakes.

Great product! The very flexible plastic pull snake brush makes it quick and easy to clean and dry out the lead pipe and all tuning slides. The double ended stick brush easily and quickly cleans out the valve casings and valve openings. The brushes dry quickly. So much easier and more versatile than the coil snakes and trying to pass bead chain through tuning slides. Love it! Highly recommend.

Superb kit. Fits all tubes and orifices with the exception of the mouthpiece. Clean and dry tubing staves off development of red rot...and other cooties. I recommend.

Proper Tools! Finally!
This is a great product. Reasonably priced and these scrubber snakes get to all the parts that standard brass scrubbers do not. I recommend that every trumpeter have these tools. ACB shipped out promptly, and despite a border crossing and me being 1500miles up in Canada, they took very little time to make it to my door.
