This vintage Courtois  flugelhorn  just arrived to the shop and is being sold on consignment.

This horn has been recently cleaned here at ACB and also has a valve alignment.  The horn is in good condition given its vintage (best guess on our end is in the 1960's) and has an awesome sound.   The horn does not have a trigger as you can see.   The mouthpiece is also included as this has a french taper and needs a special mouthpiece for optimum playability.  There is evidence of  red rot developing in the lower branch on this horn (pics provided) but it is not leaking  at all.  The back bell branch has also had some work done to it (not by ACB) and some small dings/pings/scratching throughout.
