Since setting my heart on getting a Torpedo Bag Classic, I have done a fair amount of market research before placing the order with Trent. I was most impressed by ACB's professionalism in every aspect throughout the whole transaction. The bag has arrived within 10 days all the way to my door step in a small town in Australia from America as promised. Thank you Trent for your warm yet direct and efficient approach. Your have great communication style! I have no hesitation to recommend ACB to all my musician friends.
Really excellent response from Austin Custom Brass getting me this case quickly; they even emailed me status before, during and after shipment to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the order. For protecting a trumpet this is the real deal. Living in upstate New York and traveling by air 3-4 times a year, because I'm on smaller jets all carry-ons are subject to being checked at the gate. Therefore up until now I always had to take a beater horn, not my good horn, should passengers be forced to check carry-ons at the gate. With this case I know my good trumpet is protected whether I keep it on-board or should I be forced to check it at the gate. I have seen pictures of trumpet players forced to check their trumpet case, and carrying a bare trumpet (or 2!) on board with no case! Let's hope it doesn't come to that.
