This just came in to us via a trade and it plays great! Honestly it's priced ridiculously fairly as we want to find a home for this horn to a deserving player who wants a fabulous playing C Trumpet but just can't swing the budget of the "big guys". This horn new sold for close to $4000! Get it for LESS than half of that!
Key Features and Design
- Modular System: The Gen3 features interchangeable bells and leadpipes, allowing players to customize the response and sound.
- Ovate Tuning Slide: This design uses a more gradual slope into a sharper bend, creating a very open, free-blowing experience.
- Bell: C3 (similar to Bach 239) configuration in bronze 22 gauge and annealed
- Construction: Generally features an L-bore (\(0.462"\)) and high-quality pistons with fabulous compression.
- D3 Leadpipe
Condition:
This horn is in very good ++ condition overall. The silver plate of course shows some slight signs of scratching. The Bell does have a small crease on the flare. All slides work perfectly. Valves are super free and have great compression. Horn has been professionally cleaned here at ACB and is good to go for many decades.
