This is our 1.5C mouthpiece in a blank designed to fit the integrated receiver for the Adams A8, but it will still fit most horns with a standard receiver. 

The mouthpiece is a used mouthpiece in good condition, with some insertion marks on the shank and some wear on the bottom of the outside rim.
