"This is the big daddy of the Chicago range. At its heart it is a Chicago Standard only with extra plate bracing to make it super rigid. The more rigid a horn is the more efficient it will be. Put simply, this means the more of what you put in the little end comes out the big end. Less of your energy is wasted being absorbed into the trumpet. The result is more sound and volume for less effort. Word to the wise, this horn is heavy. One thing for sure, this horn is not for the faint hearted. People will notice the minute you take it out of its case, so be prepared to attract attention."
