This is a great horn looking and playing horn. It does show some signs of use and work done, however, it is still a fantastic playing instrument that still has tons of music left to make! There is some scratching, notably around the slides and light surface scratching around the bell.
There are also a few small dings on the bell flare.
Some scratches and signs of use on the silver plating in general show the fact that the previous owner really loved this instrument (but NEVER abused it).
Beyond this, this is a great looking and even better playing horn! The valve compression is very good but would benefit from a heavier oil such as Berp Bio oil #3.
The action is great and the slides move comfortably as well.
