    Brasspire 933 Flugelhorn

Posted by David Greenfield on 11th Aug 2019

Horn has a nice feel to hold and play. Great sounding flugelhorn that surrounds and envelops the room. Easy to get around on and upper register. Free blowing with just enough resistance to easily control. Consistent blow and feel when transitioning through the registers. Fantastic valves!!

    Stunning

I was at ACB when this horn arrived to the shop. I had the opportunity to A/B this versus some higher priced flugels in the shop, and to me, this was the best. When Trent says it sold after being in the shop for 20 minutes, it may have been more like 15 minutes. I love the blow and velvety sound of this thing, and I can't say enough about the quality of the Brasspire horns (this is my 2nd pro level Brasspire instrument). The scratched raw brass finish that I have is very pretty as well. Valves are great...you won't be disappointed, and at this price point, simply unbeatable value.
