This mouthpiece has a few small signs of usage but otherwise is in great shape.

Very Rare mouthpiece!

The "New Response" mouthpiece line was introduced in 1948. The mouthpiece has some scratches and plating wear, and the end of the shank isn't quite round. Insertion marks and plating wear.
