The 3x6 is part of the James R. New "AC Series" mouthpieces, their tribute to legendary mouthpiece manufacturer Alfred S "Al Cass" Cassinelli. It is definitely on the smaller side, so it would best be utilized as a lead trumpet or piccolo mouthpiece.

This mouthpiece top is in phenomenal condition with almost no nicks or scratches to be seen!
