The distinctive hand hammered No. 7 copper bell, carefully balanced with a no. 25-O mouthpipe gives the Model 1500 – the Flagship of the Kanstul lineup – a solid and consistent core to its sound through all dynamic ranges and registers.

With such response throughout the dynamic range, it is perfect for wind ensembles, chamber groups, jazz settings and orchestras. Full and easy range of tonal colors. The Signature Model 1500 is also perfectly suited for intimate settings from a smoky jazz club to brass quintet.

We just got this horn in and it plays just great!  Huge sound,  tons of core,  spin, and richness!   We removed some dents in the bell even after these photos were taken.  We took this horn in as part of a large trade with an organization and it is good for years to go!
