Built as a great all around horn suitable for almost any playing situation including Jazz combo, symphonic band, big band, and lead, this VPS Summit One features our Venturi Gap Receiver system that offers full adjustment of flexibility, slotting, air flow and resonance. Combined with our Modular Mouthpiece system, the player is guaranteed a perfect fit in all genres thanks to a completely adjustable instrument that can be fine tuned at any time.
I designed this particular Summit One with leadpipe 1 and bell 1XLT to create an incredibly versatile trumpet that will sound warm and vibrant in all genres, but especially for situations where you want to soar over the band. The raw brass finish can be preserved to look like new by applying oil or carnauba wax.
