This is a two-owner instrument that Monette Corp made as their 30th anniversary series. The horn comes with two Threaded, integral mouthpieces:
This P3 is a nice weighty instrument that provides warmth and power, but not heavy like a Rajna, Tantra or similar fully sheet-braced trumpet. Any trumpet player would dream of owning this horn...and now it's available. You won't see an instrument like this up for sale very often that’s for sure. Monette has only made less than 3,000 instruments in 42 + years so each one is a treasure. We truly believe this gorgeous trumpet is undervalued at the asking price, but that is where the seller wants it. A new horn like this limited edition trumpet would easily cost at least $23,000 and a substantial waiting time. The owner is in no hurry to sell and the price is fixed.
The horn is in wonderful condition, has perfect valve compression, has developed a wonderfully beautiful patina on the brass, and is ready for you!
