Scodwell Flugelhorn

Check out tis very cool Scodwell USA flugelhorn that's just come in. this horn is a wonderful player and has tons life left in it. It has a nice warm sound that would sit nicely in a section or for use in solo repertoire. The valve action is fantastic and compression is still great on this horn. Slides all move freely. There are some signs of use including: 

-Minor pings throughout the horn

-Some scratching around the horn and some general wear on the primary contact points of the instrument. 

Beyond this It is a fantastic horn ready for a new home!

The leadpipe is a new configuration complementing the .434 bore size and all valve ports are chamfered for improved airflow. Intonation is impeccable with an evenness of blow throughout all registers. Choice of yellow brass or rose brass bells with clear, brushed or gold tint lacquer available."
