Description

The Böhme Tumultus trumpet with the M bell is a great choice for lead playing and commercial work. The tone is bright, crisp, and centered, even at extreme dynamics. This is an incredibly responsive trumpet that will give you clear feedback behind the horn. Intonation is excellent, and slotting feels secure without being restrictive.

The Tumultus feels very free blowing thanks to the reversed leadpipe design and MAW valve block. It is the heaviest Böhme trumpet design, and the extra weight helps give the sound additional stability and core.

This trumpet has the M bell, but the Tumultus is also available with Böhme's L bell. The Böhme Tumultus model with the L bell is an ideal trumpet for the jazz soloist. The tone is dark, powerful, and centered throughout the dynamic range. Aside from the bell, the two versions are identical. Give us a call at 816-401-0826 and we’ll be happy to discuss which version would be best for your specific needs!
