This is a small shank flugelhorn mouthpiece that fits Bach/Benge etc... Shows signs of use with insertion marks, scratching around rim, and slight denting at the end of the shank, but it still has plenty of life left in it!
A Flugelhorn cup around the 7 Inner Rim Diameter, with a small Morse Taper/Bach Taper.
