Here's another pre-owned Bach Stradivarius 37 ML in raw brass for sale here at ACB. This horn is from the late 1970's, and is a great player! The compression is good with Hetman #3 oil. All valves and slides operate smoothly. The valves have metal valve guides. There are some dents in all three valve slide crooks and a few dings along the bell. There are some scars along the 3rd slide casing and the first slide ferrule. It show some signs of wear because the previous owner loved to play it!

Check out the specs below:

  • 37 Bell
  • 25 leadpipe
  • Raw Brass Finish
  • ML Bore
  • Early Elkhart era
  • A few tiny spots of redrot beginning to develop
  • Metal valve guides
  • Compression is good with thicker oil (we use Berp Heavy oil)

The horn plays well and has that great core sound that Bach trumpets are known for. This Bach is from a great era! The upper register does feel a little more open on this horn than a typical Bach 37. Grab this one for a fraction of the price of a new Bach!
